The upstairs balcony screen door would not open. It had some sort of lock on it but we all tried to unlock it to open but we’re unsuccessful.

Maybe a little update on main sofa but overall, a very nice unit. Second time we have stayed in this unit.Was very nice ending up with the same 2 units again. We just enjoy Sea Place and have for many years. Again, a special thanks to Linda Skinner for making this happen. She was able to make a change for us after our arrival. Originally booked in, I want to say, 14262. For lack of better words, it was a run down disaster. I called Linda to express our disappointment and having worked with her several times over the years, she took immediate action and was able to move us over to 15271 which was next to the 2nd unit we also booked. Her understanding and action changed what would have been a miserable week for our families into a delightful week. This is why we call Coastal Realty for our trips to St Augustine. We were very happy with both units, 15271 and 15272.
